McHenry Guaranteed Admission Participation Form

The goal of the Guaranteed Admission Program is to create a seamless and successful transition for transfer students intending to complete their baccalaureate degree at Lake Forest College. The Guaranteed Admission Program allows students to indicate their intention to participate in the program by filling out this form one year before they intend to transfer to Lake Forest College. Guaranteed Admission students are subject to the same admission and degree requirements, as well as the same academic policies, governing all other Lake Forest College and McHenry County College students.

Instructions

Step 1: Meet with your counselor at McHenry County College to verify eligibility to apply.

Step 2: Complete the application for admission to Lake Forest College here. Lake Forest College does not charge an application fee.
Step 3: Submit this form no later than one year before you intend to transfer to Lake Forest College.
