Incoming International Student I-20 Registration Form

Welcome to Lake Forest College! We are excited to welcome you to campus. Completing this form is your first step toward securing your I-20 form. All international students are required to have an I-20 form to study in the United States. The purpose of the I-20 form is for you to prove funding for your full education at Lake Forest College. You will also need this form to apply for an F-1 student visa. Plan to complete this form as soon as possible so that there is the maximum amount of time possible to process all documentation.

Please note, we need the following documents for this process even if you had previously submitted any of them to the Office of Admissions. The I-20 issuing process is separate from your financial aid process. Thank you for your understanding. Please allow 15 days to get a response once you have submitted your full documentation.

If including a bank statement from a business, please provide proof of ownership/partnership.
